The people who make up your workforce are one of the keys to your greatness. Of course there will always be one or two who don’t or won’t fit the culture – that’s just human nature. Your job as a business owner or manager is to decide whether or not their worth to the business outweighs the potential problems they may cause. Then act accordingly.

When we are setting out in business we can perhaps be guilty of spending so much time working we can neglect our families and home life.
We know it can be hard to throttle back when we are on a roll, but it is important that we take the time to be with them.
So you might go back to work after dinner, but maintaining a healthy relationship with kids, fur kids and partners is important to keeping a business fighting fit.
If your family isn’t stressed, you are less likely to be stressed which means your business doesn’t suffer as a result.

A business doesn’t exist without clients, so it’s vital to keep them happy – which means that not only are our businesses fighting fit – but so are they.
If you are finding you are spending too much time at work, at home doing work and feel you are constantly playing catch up – remember you don’t have to do it alone.
