Time is a precious commodity, and you can almost guarantee at this time of year, you need every single moment of your own, and 
several of others too. We work longer hours to try and catch up and get ahead so we can feel like we can switch off for the Christmas and New Year break – which means we can actually focus on Christmas and family time.
And then it hits you – you don’t have time to do any kind of preparation for the family, Christmas dinner or for that matter that hair appointment, facial or manicure you’ve been promising yourself for weeks.

Now what?!
